What is On Each Recording?
Each of these programs contains a full-length hypnosis session spoken by Australian hypnotist Giovanni Lordi. Accompanying Giovanni's soothing voice is a background soundtrack of binaural beats & relaxing music to take you into the precise levels of progressive trance necessary to achieve the aim of each title. Each session is recorded in high definition audio quality in a professional recording studio for maximum enjoyment and benefit.
Instructions for Using the 5 Recordings
Start with using 2 or 3 titles that interest you the most for 6 days a week and continue using them in this way for 6 weeks. You can use 2 titles in the one day if you like - perhaps one in the morning & one at night. After the first 6 weeks has passed, use the other titles in exactly the same way for another 6 weeks. Always set aside one day every week where you don’t use any recording as this will give your mind time to rest & incorporate all that it has learned.
After each of the 6 week periods you may use any of the titles whenever you like and according to what it is that you wish to achieve.
