What is On Each Recording?
Each of these titles contains a full length hypnosis session spoken by Australian hypnotist Giovanni Lordi. Accompanying Giovanni's soothing voice is a background soundtrack of binaural beats & relaxing music to take you into exact levels of progressive trance perfect for the aim of each title. On the Lucid Dreaming & Super Creativity programs there is also a bonus 30 minute track containing special music & binaural beats with no spoken voice, to be listened to at a low volume when you wish to be creative or experience lucid dreams.
Instructions for Using the 5 Recordings
Start with using 2 or 3 titles that interest you the most for 6 days a week for 6 weeks. You can use 2 titles in the one day if you like - perhaps one in the morning & one at night. After the first 6 weeks has passed, use the other titles in exactly the same way for another 6 weeks. Always have one day per week where you don’t use any recording as this will give your mind time to rest & put into place all the new information better. Ultimately exact usage is up to you & what you feel like is the right listening frequency. After each of the 6 week periods you may use any of the titles whenever you like according to what you wish to accomplish.
