Many of us start our days in a frenzy, barely giving ourselves a moment to wake up before plunging into the demands of life. I used to be that person—jumping out of bed just 20 minutes before I had to leave for work. I rushed through my shower, threw on clothes, and downed my coffee in a hurry. Deep down, I knew this chaotic routine wasn’t good for my physical, emotional, or mental health, but breaking the habit felt impossible.
