Spoken Affirmations + Subliminals Quitting Smoking
This is a very powerful 'double edged' approach to quitting smoking. The first tracks contain spoken affirmations to use during the day for conscious support. The second track has subliminal messages embedded in relaxing binaural music for subconscious reinforcement at night. Using both parts will unite all parts of you towards getting through the quitting process and becoming a non smoker!
Part 1: Spoken Affirmations
The first tracks of this program are spoken affirmations accompanied by upbeat music. Unlike our other hypnosis recordings, these can be listened to at any time during the day - driving, working, chores, or anything else in your daily routine. The affirmations are powerful short messages repeated throughout the recordings. They are there to give you conscious support and change the way you view cigarettes.
Some examples of the affirmations used are "I enjoy being a non smoker", "I am in complete control", "I feel healthier every day" and "I don't need cigarettes any more". Listened to over time these messages begin to become part of you. This means all the positive suggestions become easy and automatic as your mindset changes to how you view smoking. They are especially useful to use whenever you feel like a smoke to help take your mind off the cravings and reinforce your path towards being a non smoker.
Part 2: Subliminal Sleep Music
These are simply the same spoken affirmations delivered at a subliminal level with relaxing binaural music. The spoken affirmations are recorded at a very low volume in this track (just consciously audible in this case). The accompanying music has binaural beats & white noise to help lower your mind into a deep sleep level. It is absolutely perfect to fall asleep with of a night time!
When you are asleep the subliminal messages are more readily absorbed by your subconscious - helping completely reprogram your mindset away from smoking. The process is very fast, effective and of course completely safe. All the messages are the same as the spoken affirmations so you know exactly what is being said at the subliminal level.
Instructions for Use
As the name suggests - the 'Day/Night Series' is designed for using during the day and then at night...
Spoken Affirmations Tracks: Use these tracks at any time throughout the day. It is absolutely to fine to listen while you are driving or at work or any time during the day. The first track is a short version (5 minutes) which is perfect for when you first wake up of a morning to get your day started in the right direction. The second track is a little longer (15 minutes) to be used repeatedly throughout the day. Headphones or speakers work equally well for listening.
Subliminal track: Use this track at night just before/whilst you go to sleep. Quiet times during the day when you have 40 minutes or so for a power nap are also good to listen to. You don't really have to anything special for this except fall asleep easily with the relaxing sounds. Headphones will help the binaural frequencies work better, but they are not required for the subliminal messages to work - so speakers are fine too.
