Mind-Body Healing Hypnosis MP3 - Rick Collingwood

Thank you very much for the wellness mp3. I listened to it this afternoon and was finally able to observe as well as participate. What a journey! I am 3 days out from my first chemo dose and it was a marvel to have the comfort of guided meditation in the night when I could not sleep. I did not want to take more pills for sedation since I feel so weird and punky any way. Thank you again,

Hey Rick,

First, some wonderful news. I had a PET Scan on Friday and an MRI of my brain on Sunday and today I got the results -- the cancer has not spread from the right lung! My body and brain are cancer-free!

So in the next two or three weeks I will have my right lung removed, followed by (I think) one treatment of Chemotherapy just in case anything is hiding in the thoracic area and I could very well be completely cured within a month. I can't tell you (but I'm sure you can guess) how thrilled I am that my "5-years-if-lucky" got changed to "no limit in sight" in a single phone call this afternoon.

Mind you, the Dr said they have to do it "old school", which means opening me up from stem to stern because the tumor goes right up to the bronchial branch so they can't do it through the throat (read "the easy, less painful way"). He said it's going to be incredibly painful and that I'll need epidurals in my upper back just so the pain won't prevent me from taking full breaths for the first few days and then the post-op pain is supposed to be awesome but that's all nothin' 'cause I'm going to LIVE and get to spend many more years with my wife!

Second, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your hypnosis sessions. I've been listening every night since I got them a week ago and they are AMAZING. And as promised, I'd like to give you some feedback: First off, your voice is perfect. I have 7 or 8 hypnosis Apps and your voice is better than Max Kirsten or (my favorite) Andrew Johnson and both the sound quality and consistency of volume of your recording is better than any I've ever heard.

Also, your induction (right term for getting me 'under'?) is incredibly effective because I've never gotten more than 3 minutes into either session before I'm out like a light. And I've never remembered anything from either of the sessions but every morning since I started listening, I've felt "fantastic". I put that in quotes because I noticed that whenever someone asked how I was feeling over the last week (and with what's going on, I got asked that a LOT), I kept replying "I feel fantastic". Not a normal phrase for me but it's how I felt (emotionally, mentally and physically) and it's what came out when asked. I noticed that by the afternoon I didn't feel as great as in the morning but in the mornings I felt so remarkably "fantastic" it was actually strange. (But quite nice, believe me.)

The only thing slightly odd is that every night except one, I woke up at or near the end of the session(s). I believe you say "you can stay awake or go to sleep" and then count to an "awake state" and maybe I get hung up on the "awake" part but it would be awesome if you could get your sessions turned into Apps and have optional endings for wake vs sleep and the App could seamlessly transition to one or the other without mentioning the alternate and potentially bringing the subject out inadvertently.

On the subject of Apps, I think I've purchased every one in the App Store (Apple's) and you would be VERY successful if you were to make Apps for insomnia, stopping smoking and your wellness Apps because no one has done it right yet. Either they are a great hypnotist as you are but their App's features and functionality suck, or the App design is perfect but they (apparently) aren't hypnotists.

Anyway, I can't believe how much I've been typing at you -- sorry. I did promise to give you my feedback but I think I went a bit overboard.

The bottom line is I will continue to use your sessions because they are apparently making me feel "fantastic". I do want to listen to them when not hypnotized 'cause I'm curious as heck to find out what the last 47 minutes contain (grin) and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for providing such a great product and for your generous gift of the Mind Body Healing MP3.

I wish you all the best and if you decide to have Apps done, I can provide you with lots of suggestions on what to do and what to avoid and I would love to be able to do something for you so please don't hesitate to ask.

Just thought I'd let you know Doc, I had all my lower teeth pulled in one day. without the mind body healing secession I would have been begging the dentis to stop. it was amazing. don't know if you've targeted dentist with your marketing but I have one who witnessed first hand the power of your practice. I did have shots for pain not half as many as it took to do ony 4 teeth the week before. from a reformed "anti-dentite"

I do have much childhood pain (I am 46 y.o.) and are aware I have, due to this, an additive personality which leads to being a bit controlling. I am currently working on this as well. I think you are doing wonderful work. You must be so proud.

I've been using your mind body healing mp3 since June this year. I started using it along with kefir as I had a bad Crohn's flare up. Within a week the pain had gone and I have been weening myself off the drugs since then (Under doctors supervision of course).

We are so blessed to be introduced to the unbelievable power of your Hypnotherapy sessions via your Mind Body Healing and A Youthful You CDs. No one really can understand the power of this until they experience it. I was diagnosed with end stage renal failure (mostly due to the side effects of immuno-suppressant drugs from a liver transplant in 2003) and my health was eteriorating rapidly. Circulation was so bad I had ulcers that wouldn’t heal for over 6 and a half months and finally had to be skin grafted. This was to enable me to get on the 5 year waiting list for a kidney transplant.

My Doctors didn’t like the slowness of my healing and my kidneys were getting worse. I couldn’t eat or hold food down for more than 5 minutes. My best friends told me about the Mind Body Healing CD and I began to listen to it night after night and then introduced “A Youthful You” and alternated the two.

The Mind-Body Healing CD has helped with my gall bladder problem of twenty eight years. After playing it just a few times I woke up one morning with the overwhelming feeling that I would not have another attack. Of course, I was sceptical. I had controlled the attacks for many years by modifying my diet, and by doing a regular gall bladder cleanse, but the condition had deteriorated to where I was having weekly or, at best, monthly attacks. My latest ultra-sound had showed that the gall bladder was packed with stones, so to feel hopeful was at odds with what the tests were showing. However, I persisted, did a final radical cleanse, and havent had an attack for the past three months.

I believe that these CDs remove the mental and emotional blocks we put in the way of getting well. Sometimes it is not possible to remove these blocks on our own and we need practical help.

My name is Alisia and I am a mother of 2 fantastic boys. One unfortunately has been diagnosed with Low functioning Autism. I have been in and out of hospital for the whole 5 years since his birth, with all different problems, that are not related to his condition as such. We were given a cd of your from Sandra of Be Enchanted and asked to please try this type of healing out, for I was at my wits ends and so was my son. I started the cd, which you must understand he could not listen to it in it’s entirety for the first 5 times played.(over load of stimulation and information to process). Just as we were getting some where my son got so sick he was admitted to hospital and had 3 major operations, several weeks in hospital and then returned home with nursing staff attendance for a future 2 months. But since our return home I continued with this cd Mind body healing. It has had fantastic results, he is now walking again, running ,jumping and is happy. Not one single cold etc. He is able to respond to this therapy even when others were telling me not to waste my time.So thank you for getting through to him.
But now I am hoping you might be able to help me in one other area that everyone has given up on. And that is his ability to speak. As his mother I know he has the ability to speak he has been trying for the last 2 years but the signal from the brain as to what to say and the brains ability to perform this task, there is like a brick wall in between. I know there is a way around this wall but no one can get through and help him. I can’t explain the difference speech will have to his quality of life in this society and to his self esteem also to the frustration that continues to increase as he gets older.
Anyway if you think there is a way of getting through this block and talking to his subconscious to help him build new pathways through the brain to help produce audible and speech that is clear, please let me know. I will try every avenue (within reason) to help my son achieve this ability we all take for granted. Please get back to me. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Ninety Steps: The Last Step Of The Journey Was Called Hypnosis

The other steps before hypnosis were named General Practitioners, 6 of those, Physicians, 3 of those, Natural Therapists, 12 of them, Psychiatrists, 2 of them, Masseuses, Reflexologists, Ozone Therapy Specialists, Dieticians, Psychologists, Exercise Physiologists, Health Farms, Ice Water Therapy, Meditation, Fifty sessions of Reiki, 200 bottles of vitamins, Vitamin B injections, Intravenous Vitamin C therapy, Electrical Stimulation for the Feet and Spine. Should I continue with these steps? I’m sure I could think of many more. Ninety steps to travel over a period of three year at a cost of around $40,000. A lovely deposit for a house. My son became ill at the age of 20 when he was in the prime of health and fitness. Tall, lean, muscular, full of the joys of life, eager to study, travel and experience the rewards of an enthusiastic personality. It was the 27th May, 2000. I remember the day well. I wanted to let you know that I’ve been using your ‘Mind Body Healing’ CD for two weeks and it has definitely started to positively have an impact on me. As I told you on the phone, I’ve had problems with my immune system for 10 years since having glandular fever. Along with many food intolerances affecting my immune system, exercise lowers my resistance as well.

Last Friday I went for a 2 hour walk, then on Sunday I played (low impact) tennis for an hour and went for another walk that evening. I was reading your web page and noticed you had done a study on hypnosis with cancer patients back in 2005. I am wondering if you will be doing another one, as I would like to be part of a study if you do decide to do another one.

I was diagnosed with an adrenal and para aortic metastisis in August 2006. My oncologist gave me 12 to 18 months and said that chemo and radiation was not beneficial for my cancer and they would only offer palliative care when the time came. I was to return in 6 months time for a CT scan to see how far the cancer had spread.

My sister gave me a copy of your Mind Body Healing tape saying with what I have anything was worth a try, so I started listening to it when I sleep every night.

When I went back for my 6 month scan I had my oncologist ring me very excited and wanted to know what I had been doing. He said he was perplexed because he thought i would be riddled with cancer (due to the aggressive nature of my particular cancer) but found that the cancer had not spread at all from its original size and had not spread to any other part of my body.

I would be interested in knowing the results of the 2005 clinic to see if anyone else had a similar cancer to mine. Is it possible to know the cancer patients results?

I am sure your tape is giving me extended time and I thank you for that.

Since 1996, I was suffering from severe chronic pain for many years and now that has changed so much since listening to your CDs and you have really changed my life so much & I will never forget you for as long as I live.

I am writing to say thank you for your kind consideration in sending gratis copies of your cancer and mind-body healing cds to me after my recent e-mail to you. I received them a few days ago and have already found the cancer cd useful in helping me relax enough to ignore the spinal tumour pain and get some much needed sleep.
Like many people I slip into sleep while listening but of course sleep is the time when the body can best concentrate on healing itself. I am shortly expecting to undergo an intensive period of radio therapy on my tumour and I am sure that your cds will continue to help me in my recovery.

My doctors are still trying to locate a primary tumour since spinal tumours are normally secondary. However so far nothing has revealed itself, either by scan or blood tests. For now there for I am concentrating on mentally eliminating my tumour (which I have named Adolf Von Tumour).

I’ll beat the bugger yet!
