Instructions for Using the 5 Recordings
Start with using 2 or 3 titles that interest you the most for 6 days a week for 6 weeks. You can use 2 titles in the one day if you like - perhaps one in the morning & one at night. After the first 6 weeks has passed, use the other titles in exactly the same way for another 6 weeks. Always have one day per week where you don’t use any recording as this will give your mind time to rest & put into place all the new information better. Ultimately exact usage is up to you & what you feel like is the right listening frequency. After each of the 6 week periods you may use any of the titles whenever you like according to what you wish to accomplish.
