Introduction

This guide will help you navigate the installation and payment process for the app.

The App Location

The app can be downloaded on ‘Google Play’ for Android phones or the ‘App Store’ for Apple phones. Click on the Google or Apple link on our website, and it will direct you straight to the app. Download the app, choose between monthly or yearly payments (yearly offers the best value), and gain access to the app.

Steps to Use the App:

1. Create Your Albums

  • Click on 'Favorites' at the bottom of the app.
  • Press the "+" button in the top right-hand corner to create an album.
  • Name the album based on your goals, such as "Personal Development," "Sleep Improvement," or "Relaxation."
  • You can create multiple albums, each tailored to your specific needs (e.g., music only or hypnosis for sleep).

2. Explore Categories

  • Click on 'Explore' at the bottom of the app.
  • Browse through various categories, each containing multiple hypnosis programs.
  • Select a category that interests you to view available programs.
  • Choose a program within the selected category and click on it.
  • Press the 'About' section at the bottom of the recording to read information and benefits.


  • Note: We recommend selecting 1 or 2 hypnosis recordings relevant to your current situation. Listen daily for a minimum of 12 weeks before considering another program.

3. Add to Your Album

  • Click the 'heart' icon to add the chosen program to your favorites.
  • Access your album of choice (you may have multiple) and place the selected program in the album. Limit each album to a maximum of 2 recordings.

4. Using the App Daily

  • Every time you use the app, go to your album.
  • Click on the recording, find a quiet and distraction-free space, lie down, and press 'Play'.

Other Tools on the App

Click the 'Relax' icon, navigate to the 'Breathe' page, and click 'Play' to take moments to breathe and meditate.

Explore the 'Techniques' section for daily techniques that you can listen to anytime, anywhere to assist in stressful moments.

1. Attention and Safety

  • Warning: Never use the audio programs while driving a vehicle, operating machinery, or engaging in any activity that requires your full attention for safety reasons.

2. Epilepsy

  • Caution: The programs have not been reported to induce epilepsy or seizures. However, individuals with epilepsy should consult their medical doctor before using these programs. If the use of the programs were to trigger an epileptic fit or seizure, it would be no different or more severe than without the use of the recording.

3. Mental Health Conditions

  • Important Note: Individuals with significant mental health issues such as Schizophrenia, Multiple Personality Disorder, Psychosis, Bipolar Disorder, or Delusional Disorder—whether congenital or otherwise—should not use these CDs or MP3s without prior consultation with their physician. (Note: This exclusion does not apply to depression.)
